Most issues are solved with the right first setup. Watch the quick guide or follow the four checks below.

What to expect: ScentWow builds a consistent cabin atmosphere using gentle heat. It will not hit like an aerosol spray the moment it is plugged in.

Saturate the fragrance pad correctly.

Seat the cartridge securely.

Confirm the 12V outlet has power.

Drive for 5-10 minutes before judging the result.
